Updating IP Address for Konica Copier on Windows

Step 1: Go to Settings > Devices > Printers and Scanners

 

Step 2 : Click the Konica Copier and “Remove Device”

 

Step 3 : Click “Add a printer or scanner”

It will refresh, but when it’s done refreshing click The printer I want isn’t listed.

Select the option: Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname, then hit Next

 

 

Step 4 : In the Hostname or IP address bar, enter the IP address that was given by the IT administrator.

Note: Leave the Port name: and the option Query the printer and automatically select the driver to use as is. The box should already be checked. If not, make sure it is checked.

 

Step 5: Click Use the driver that is currently installed.

Feel free to change the name of the printer if desired.

 

Step 6: Select Do not share this printer if prompted.
