Enable Account Tracking on Windows

Step 1 : Go to windows start button, search for Printers, click on Printers & scanners.

 

Step 2 : Right-click on Konica printer and click on printing preferences.

Step 3 : Go to the Basic tab and select Authentication/Account Track.

Step 4 : Under Account Track, leave the Department Name blank and enter the number assigned to you in the password field and click OK.

Step 5 : Click Apply then OK to save your settings.
