By completing an iCare form, you are helping academic advisors complete their outreach in an organized, efficient and timely manner.<br> Who can complete the form?<br> This outreach referral form connects faculty and advisors. Forms should be completed by faculty members only.<br> What happens to the student who is referred through the iCare form?<br> Advisors will review each form within 72 hours at which point they will attempt to connect with a student and provide support. Advisors will also encourage students to connect with faculty and TA’s.<br> Will students know that I am identifying them?<br> (IDK - Could have a check box where faculty may request to remain anonymous/give permission to let students know……..
