Zen and the Art of Troubleshooting
Zen and the Art of Troubleshooting
Brief
A discussion arose about how we teach troubleshooting - of code, of circuits, of networks, of systems. We would like to curate resources for teaching troubleshooting across the various domains taught in iSchool courses. Other related concepts might include affective scaffolding, frustration management, metacognition, persistence, the ill-advised “grit”, and others.
